Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise – Ben Franklin. Productivity begins in the morning…#writeyourstory. This has been probably the biggest shift in my life in the last three months. A complete 180. Before I would go to bed at one or two in the morning and live off of four or five hours a sleep a night. My doctor said that I need at least seven to eight hours every night if I was ever going to lose weight and once he said that for some reason it clicked in my head that, that would be a good thing so for the past three months I have retrained myself to go to bed no later than 11:30 so I can wake up at 6:30. The results in my life have been phenomenal. It is time to embrace the change you want to see in your life and see what happens.
